About me:
I adore life, thinking/analyzing, learning, exploring, camping, hiking, traveling, being active and being outside (sports are good), going for walks and thinking, going shopping when I have the money, hanging out with friends and family, laughing, self-expression, individuality, honesty, eating, and getting pierced and tattooed. I enjoy the rain, the stars, mountains, sunshine, nature, beauty, and spirituality. I like ideas, different beliefs, and communication. I appreciate diversity. I prefer to be well rounded and open minded so to experience good relations with many people. I have a positive view of life. I feel I am a good person to know.

Goals: I am going to Linn-Benton Community College to receive a certificate in Dental Assisting. Once I receive my certificate I will continue to educate myself at Linn-Benton to receive my Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer degree. From there I will transfer to a university to get my Bachelor's degree in science. Once my Bachelor's degree has been obtained I will do one of two things: stay at the university to get my Ph.D in linguistics, or go to Dental school to become a dentist. If I choose to stay at the university I will get my Ph.D and then get a degree to become a counselor, or I will become an educator with emphasis on teaching French and linguistics. If I choose to become a Dentist I will still pursue a Ph.D and become a counselor or teacher. Throughout my education I will be writing in hopes to publish my writings. I want to explore the world with my earnings. As I travel, and as I write I hope to help ease the suffering of human beings and teach people how to become enlightened and allow happiness in their lives. I plan to get my MH (Master Herbalist) as well. I love herbs and teas. I want to learn how to heal people through nature. I am very passionate about my goals.

Interests:
My hobbies include: learning foreign languages--French, Russian, Japanese, and American Sign Language (I would like to visit each country in which I am learning the language); language--I tend to be pedantic, a little idiomatic, and I love learning about grammar, sentence structure, syntax, etc.; art--I am working on my drawing skills and hope to begin working on my painting skills; I started learning how to play piano and loved it, I hope to begin lessons again sometime in my near future; reading--I am still in search of the right book to read and my list of books to read is growing, I prefer non-fiction, metaphysical, controversial, and recently-philosophy; math--I became interested in mathematics once I entered college and though I am only at the college algebra level I hope to go on to calculus and more; theory--I enjoy questioning everything that can possibly be questioned and I like having the opportunity to exercise my mind and analytical skills, I am a very curious and open minded person; photography--my best friend Jennifer got me interested in photography and I would like to take a class or two.

Music:
I like music but I am not obsessed, therefore I don't put in a great effort to search for any particular genre or style, band or singer, or defining the music that I am currently listening to or is on my iTunes. I enjoy music for it's diversity and broad use of words, sounds, emotion, and character, whatever that may be. I like music that makes me feel good. I listen to music that has been suggested to me, or what I stumble upon on my My Space, what I hear in movies, on the radio, etc. I have no favorites but good music is important to me. I do often get inspired by music.
Movies:
I generally don't have the patience to sit through a movie unless I have a pre-existing interest in the movie to be watched. However, I will not turn down a good sounding movie when with family or a bunch of friends. Also, I enjoy plays and theatre, and I really appreciate cinematography. I am open to suggestions about any good movies, good writers/directors, etc. I have many favorite movies, and I prefer comedies, dramas, and rarely-thrillers. No horror, no gore. I like indie and foreign films and I recently learned about cult films. I have not seen many movies in these genres and would love for anyone to expand my interests.
