Community Guide
A Community Guide is a VIP member that enjoys helping new members feel comfortable within RLC. You can ask a guide questions regarding where everything is and what the policies are rules are. They are also available to give tours and answer questions. Guides are also involved in giving suggestions and input into development and dev testing for RLC. Each new member that joins RLC is introduced to a guide that can help show them around.

Community Leader
This is a popular VIP user that has been promoted from a Guide to a Leader. These individuals are also responsible for helping new members be comfortable. Community leaders are helpful and popular members within our community. A leader can also be approached with any questions or concerns that you may have.

Community Protector
A Community Protector is designed to help keep the community safe. They have kicking and booting privledges and are asked not to use them unless it is completely necessary. The main feature that should be used for protection is the "ignore feature". This is found by right clicking a user and selecting it. Protectors are asked to explain this feature to users so that users can have the best possible experience in RLC. Protectors attempt to not get involved with social issues within the world. However, in the event that an issue cannot be resolved by the ignore feature or community policing, a protector may step to try and mediate. A protector is mainly concerned with finding/banning underage users and making sure that the rules of RLC are being followed. Our protectors accomplish this through receiving hints, tips and screenshots. A protector is also responsible for compiling and creating reports regarding warnings, kicking and bans within RLC.

Community Supervisor
This position is designed to help train, communicate and organize Community Guides. Supervisors are leaders that have chosen to help structure and support the volunteer program. Supervisors help by bringing new Guides onboard and giving input and suggestions regarding promotions within our system. A Community Supervisor also helps to bug test the system and may be asked to organize events within RLC.

Community Moderator
A Community Moderator is a Protector that has been promoted to Moderator. These individuals help in training and organizing new protectors. They also help in moderating the forum boards. A moderator has the ability to remove and edit posts within the forum and are also asked to only do this as a absolute last resort. The final main responsibility of the Community Moderator, is that they may be asked to mediate issues or situations within the world upon request. Moderators attempt to make sure that everyone is being treated fairly and want the best.
