I'm a volunteer for RLC and I'm here to try and help you so please talk to me politely and treat me with respect.
I'm not the kind of person that asks people if they need help as soon as they log in, I prefer to let people ask for help and try and answer any questions they have.
Personally I think the best way to learn about RLC is to step outside and just explore, if you get lost or stuck you can always press the "HOME" button to warp back to the Transport Centre where you can start again (and perhaps this time not get lost or stuck.) ;)
However should you need any help I can be reached by PM at any time, I'm here to help you.
