--- All Hosts and Hostesses are to help any member who may have a question or need help figuring out how to get around RLC.
---All Hostesses and Hosts are to give tours when it is asked of you.
---Please give STREET tours only. This means do not take them inside buildings or into different dimensions. Just walk them around and explain what is in the buildings you show them.
--- Please spend half of your Hostesses and Host time guiding and the other half back in the buildings.. doing your normal function. We STILL need people to make members feel welcomed in those buildings, at parties and events..etc.
---If you see actual Guides.. DO NOT step on their toes... Just move to a different area and let them do their jobs.
---Please direct members to the info center.. it is being remodeled to answer MANY questions and will save you time.
--- Please keep your guiding in PMS.... don't take on more than one person at a time unless you're giving a street tour.
--- Yellow font will be temporarily provided to all of you for this function.
--- Do not forget that you are Hosts and Hostesses... the primary function is always the same... just help out with guiding when you can.
--- Do not answer billing or technical questions. Please send all members with those sort of inquiries to support@redlightcenter.com
--- Please only guide or host/hostess with your badge on.. We appreciate your help, but if you assist people without your badge..you are telling other members its alright to answer questions. Those non badged members may not know the right responses and therefore make our new users even more confused.
Remember we are here to help new members feel welcomed and now it is also to help them feel less confused.
This will also take the stress off of other members who do not know how to answer these questions.
