"Grab your ankles," she says. I look down at my feet, then back to her.

She pulls hard on the chain. I feel my heard jerk toward the floor. I try to bend my knees to avoid falling over.
"Don't bend your knees."
I straighten them. my head now down near my waist. She pulls again. I hear each link on the chain as it slips through the loop on the floor. my head inching closer to my knees.
"Does that hurt?"
"No, mistress," I reply.
She continues to pull. My head now level with my knees.
