About me:
I'm 48 years old, divorced and not seeing anyone as in my line of work that is a very hard thing to do. I don't really claim any one place as 'home', I pretty much live all over the United States. I drive a truck over the road, so where ever the truck and I currently am, is pretty much home for me.
Driving an 18 wheeler isn't anything glamorous and it isn't nearly as easy or wonderful as it may seem. It isn't an easy life and can often be stressful. It is for some of us out here, something that gets under your skin, in your blood and is something that I love and have to do.

I'd like to meet some new friends here mainly and perhaps that certain someone special, even if it is just here in this virtual world. I don't rush things in relationships, I prefer to take a step at a time and let things grow and mature.
Age and looks really don't mean a damn thing, it's the person inside that matters and what I am most interested in. I've seen apples that were picture perfect and upon biting into them have been the most sour things, much like people, What you see on the outside does not reflect the inside.
