Real Time Customer Service
As a member of The Red Light Center you'll notice avatars wearing logo'd uniforms with their names and a customer service title written in blue above their heads. These Customer Service Representatives are operated by live staff members who are experienced with all aspects of the community.

Feel free to chat with Customer Service for immediate assistance. There is also a tips button located in the upper right hand corner of your viewer. There are key items you should get familiar with on this tips page that will help answer some of the more common questions that our Customer Service Department is asked.

Q. How do I cancel my account?
VIPs who do not get billed through CCbill (these are older VIP accounts who have been with us a long time) can cancel online 24/7 at: http://support.redlightcenter.com/support.asp or by contacting us directly at support@redlightcenter.comVIPs getting billed by CCBill may do it yourself online at: https://support.ccbill.com/Their support is open 24/7 or you can contact us directly at support@redlightcenter.com If you are paying by an alternative payment method you will have to contact us directly at support@redlightcenter.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

Q. How do we upgrade?
When you log in as a basic member you'll see a link to upgrade your account to VIP. To upgrade to VIP you may also click here.

Q. How do I navigate around the world?
The most basic way to navigate is to use the arrow keys. More detailed instructions and key tips can be found by clicking on the tips button located in the upper right hand corner of your viewer.

Q. How do I install the new versions?
We release new versions of the Red Light Center which normally will download automatically when you start the software. If you run into any problems it can also be installed by removing your current version of Red Light Center and downloading the latest version at redlightcenter.com

Q. What can basic members do?

Basic members can choose avatars with limited customization tools and navigate the center. These members can also can shop, chat, and enjoy movies or pictures. Play games, oh and enjoy our FREE events!! Designated areas for VIP members are visible. Basic members will not be able to access these areas.

Q. How do I get naked?
It's easy! Click the "Naked" button located bottom center on your viewer. To put your clothes back on simply click the "Dress" button located in the same area. Only VIP members can get naked.

Q. How do I change clothes?
Click on the customize button located at the top of the viewer to change different features of your avatar.

Q. Do I have to pay for this service?

We offer two membership options. Our basic membership is 100% free. If you choose to become VIP your membership will then only be $20 per month. There are many benefits of becoming VIP.

Q. What is my Red Light Center Identity and why do you ask fantasy questions?
Your Red Light Center Identity can be anything you wish. The purpose of this is so that you may go into our world and interact as your fantasy self. You may change the answers to your profile questions at any time.

Q. I forgot my username and/or password.
Go to our "Get Password Form" and put in your email address. We will notify you with your username and password.

Q. How do I update my profile?
First, make sure you are logged in. Then, go to "Edit Profile" by clicking the button on the top of the page. At the bottom of your profile page there are buttons to update your profile and pictures.

Q. How do I search for members?
Go to our ADVANCED SEARCH page. Most of the fields are optional and you may also choose multiple selections.
